We will take responsibility and care for the cabins and the guests and will act as a trusted partner to ensure a successful rental property. Here are our other primary responsibilities:

1- Listing

  • Create an accurate and appealing description of the property in question with high quality photos

  • Work and collaborate with the property owners' rental expectations in regard to determining the optimal price for your space

  • Publish it on various rental platforms 

  • Review requests for bookings and provide a reliable check-in experience

  • Keep the booking calendar and listing as up-to-date as possible 

  • Provide prompt and helpful answers to any questions received during the pre-booking phase in order to secure reservations

2-Communication

  • Available to communicate with guests during their entire stay in order to provide a personal experience

  • Provide timely responses to these inquiries

  • Coordinate guests' arrival for smooth check-ins

  • Provide reminders on check-out information

  • Liaise with property owners on a regular basis to give them updates on bookings, guests, earnings, expenses, etc..

3- High Quality Cleaning Services

  • ​We attend to your short term rental ON TIME to take care of your airBNB turnovers leaving your place spotless

  • We also specialize in residential and commercial cleanings 

  • We pay SPECIAL attention to DETAILS and treat your place like our own 

  • We CUSTOMIZE your cleanings based on your wants and needs

4- Property Care

We will always ensure everything on the property is in order and will check on the property’s cleanliness after each guest's stay. We currently use our own staff members to attend to the cleanings once guests have gone. 

To also ensure an amazing experience for the guests, we will also create a detailed "Welcome Guest Manual" that includes instructions for specifications about the rental, house rules, guides for local attractions, as well as various useful ideas and tips. It is necessary to help guests navigate through the property and make the best use of it.  Please contact us for lawn maintenance/snow removal care.
